Mr. Vero provides advice and services to clients in a wide variety of matters including corporate matters, business transactions and purchases, real estate transactions and matters, commercial transactions, and general contract law, and other legal matters.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 

Mr. Vero is admitted to practice in Nevada and his experience includes representing individuals and businesses in various transactional matters.  Mr. Vero was formerly with the law firm of Kummer, Kaempfer, Bonner and Renshaw and thereafter served as in-house counsel for the Focus Property Group in Las Vegas Nevada where he handled matters ranging from small property acquisitions to work on billion-dollar master planed communities. 

Mr. Vero's prior professional experience includes practice as a forensic accident reconstruction engineer with the firm of Motion Research and practice as a land development engineer and hydrologist.

Bachelor of Science, Engineering, Cum Laude, University of Nevada, Howard Hughes College of Engineering, Las Vegas, Nevada.  While at the Howard Hughes College of Engineering, Mr. Vero was a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematical Honor Society, Golden Key National Honor Society, and graduated with a number one ranking in the Civil Engineering department.
